“CAEL OAK is an artist shaped by silence, shadow and song. Through melody and metaphor, he crafts songs that feel like a conversation with the soul — honest, vulnerable, and quietly defiant; his work is return to what’s real.
Likened to Dermott Kennedy, Chris Stapleton and Amble, CAEL OAK’s sonic landscape is a soulful blend of folk roots and pop top-line melodies with an undertone of rock, RnB and country. Blending genres effortlessly, he delivers songs of truth, depth and resilience – reflecting his former life in the army and the trials and tribulations of his life before and after.”
His debut album “The Process Of Living” is coming soon.
“The Process of Living” is CAEL OAK’s debut album, a personal journey through life after leaving the army, exploring themes of resilience, love and transformation. Featuring singles “Truth Be Told”, “Precious To Me”, and “Nameless”, it captures acute moments of honesty, vulnerability and self-discovery. Fans of Dermot Kennedy, Rag’n’Bone Man, and Amble will enjoy its genre-blending folk-pop and soulful storytelling by this new Liverpool based artist. Album is scheduled for release in Summer 2026 alongside a UK/IRE tour.
“The Process of Living is about growth, resilience, and finding freedom after the army. Every song is a step toward understanding who I am and the life I want to create.“
