After decades navigating the music business, initially as bassist with the legendary Art Rock band DEAF SCHOOL, followed by the New Wave, chart act THE PLANETS, then as a music exec in the world of music publishing, Steve Avo Lindsey has enjoyed a spectacularly varied career.
From penning and performing chart hits, Steve stepped behind the scenes to work with such diverse luminaries as Massive Attack, U2, Beautiful South and Norman Cook.
Now, following the release of his highly acclaimed solo debut album PING, Lindsey is performing live once more – showcasing brand new songs along with Deaf School and Planets favourites – all interspersed with tales from his fascinating career in the music biz.

Due to this we have a minimal talking/phone use policy during performances.
Any unnecessary noise during performances will result in you being asked to leave the event.

Doors open at 19:00 and the show starts shortly after.
A large proportion of the revenue raised from ticket sales is returned to the artists as payment for their talent and musicianship.
Prohibition Recording Studios prides itself in having musical integrity on behalf of ourselves and the artists.
Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis and are non-refundable.
We politely ask all guests to arrive within 30 minuites of the door opening time to ensure performances are not disturbed. Once performances start, our doors will be closed.
