He toured the UK and Europe as a member of Mike and the Mechanics and was the vocal arranger on their Rewired album as well as running a West End theatre in London’s Leicester Square and co-producing the winning UK entry for Eurovision 2001.

He has released the albums About Time, About Time II and the EP Acoustic 80’s, and in 2016 brought out two brand new versions of My Favourite Waste of Time (Parts One and Two) to celebrate its 30th Anniversary.  In 2018 his track Amazing (remixed by the Swedish DJ and dance producer Stonebridge) hit the Music Week top 40 club charts.

His new Americana album ‘Overblown Superstar’ is due out in 2020 and sees a return to his Scottish Celtic Folk singer/songwriter roots”.
