Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the www.prohibitionrecordingstudios.co.uk website (the “Service”) operated by Prohibition Recording Studios as a trading name of CoverStar Experiences Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Prohibition Recording Studios and its licensors.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
Deposits
We will require a £50.00 deposit if your session is booked more than 6 weeks in advance. This is non refundable.
Full Payment
Full payment is required 6 weeks before your session date. If you are booking in for a date that is less than 6 weeks away full payment will be required at the time of booking. If payment is not made on the due date a late payment fee will be added. If full payment has still not be made within 4 weeks of your session date your booking will become provisional and we will no longer be able to guarantee your date and time. If we have not received full payment within 14 days of your session date the booking will be cancelled. this will result in loss of any deposits paid. There will be an administrative charge of £20.00 to reinstate the booking and will be subject to availability of a new required date.
Changes to a Booking
Changes can be made free of charge at anytime leading up to 6 weeks of your bookings date. If you wish to make a change to your bookings date and time at any point with 6 weeks of your bookings date there will be an admin fee applicable. Any offers or discounts will only be valid to the original booking date and time and quote. Prohibition Recording Studios reserve the right to withdraw offers based on changes made to your booking.
We will only allow for the date and time of a booking to be changed once.
Refunds
All deposits placed are non refundable. At 6 weeks prior to your booking your final balance will be due. Once your final balance has been paid we will not offer a refund for any reason. If you have booked for a session that is within 6 weeks from the time payment was required we will not refund for any reasons of cancellation.
If you wish to completely cancel your booking with us you will lose any deposit/payment paid. Prohibition Recording Studios and it’s parent company CoverStar Experiences Ltd will not be responsible for any compensation for events out of our control such as but not limited to; adverse weather conditions, war, riots, civil strife, fire, flood, shortage of water, epidemics, medical emergency, airport closures, local authority disputes, terrorist activity, cyber warfare or further activities out of our control. In the instance of cancellations at or within 6 weeks (42 days) of the booking date we would not refund any final balances paid. Depending on the circumstances we may offer to reschedule the booking or event no more than once. Additional charges may apply (See *Change* section).
No refunds will be offered for any booking within 6 weeks of the booking under any circumstances.
Live Music & Events
Cancellations
Most of our events operate with online tickets only. This ensures that we are aware of the number of attendees to expect prior to an event so we can make the relevant preparations. Once a ticket has been purchased online it is non-refundable. Please see the above section ‘Refunds’ for more information. The same applies to any tickets purchased for shows where Prohibition Recording Studios have released physical tickets or ‘on the door’ tickets.
